what does this mean for me?

Midwest has an amazing reputation as an airline, and Midwest isn’t all that happy. (Milwaukee is Midwests hub) In the city that you live in, what are the things that you hear about this take-over. Basically I am interestest in finding out if a company listed on NASDAQ that purchased two other website companies recently has to file the price that they paid anywhere, like in their 10-K. They do mention the purchase of these companies in the 10-K, but there is no mention of the price. On the other hand, they purchased another, much larger website, and the price they paid for it was specified in the 10-K. Are there any supplemental filings that might have the price paid for the smaller companies? Thanks very much.
