Did anyone know that vietnam was fought at least partially for the heroin trade?

yourdoneandover asked:

Vietnamese people ( a lot of children ) were killed for the heroin trade. This isn’t an opinion this is a fact. A fact for people who don’t believe there is a marriage or merger if you will of the mafia and the military. I use to have respect for the mafia on some levels until I found that out myself. I want to go on record saying I don’t now, because our military and their agenda has not improved if anything it has deteriorated with their influence. Its more of a merger of the corporate world with the mafia but its the same thing.
and there isn’t just some mafia in the cia , the cia has nothing but mafia in it, unless they hire me and clean up their record.

when in fact we’re becoming fascist.

Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.

Does the federal government bailing out fannie and freddie qualify as fascism?

[O]peration [I]raqi [L]iberation asked:

Benito Mussolini said:

“Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power.”

What better example of this definition than what we’re doing with fannie and freddie.

When business was booming did we see those profits reinvested in the federal treasury? No, it was kept by the owners of fannie and freddie. Now they are failing and it’s our tax dollars that have to go in to save the day, get them back on their feet, then turn them back over to the private sector so they can start making more money.

It’s sick. Why am I paying taxes for this garbage? I say let them fail.

What say you?
avail_skillz YES – exactly

Why is nobody outraged about this???

Agree or disagree: Capitalism without failure is not really capitalism but something else entirely?

interdependent globalized world asked:

In capitalism, from how I understand it, the companies who fail are supposed to be replaced by new companies who will do better, not bailed out by the government and propped up.

Please star this question if you find it interesting.

I would call it a hybrid between either:
1. Capitalism and socialism (capitalism, failure and success for everyone, but, socialism for the corporations at the top which means they can’t lose in this system)
2. Capitalism and fascism with is also known as corporatism supposedly according to Mussolini who said this about fascism,

“Fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.”

If you have other thoughts, please tell me what you think it should be defined as.
